LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

 Dear ACRE Members:

While the economic downturn and its impact on all sectors of commercial real estate is unsettling, we at the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (ACRE) Southern California chapter believe we create a forum for an open and up to date discussion on everything relevant to our industry today and into the future.

As the incoming President of ACRE So Cal I am committed and have full faith in my Board of Directors that we will continue to be the place where everyone in the retail community depends on for networking, education and panelists from our best and brightest our community has to offer.

ACRE So Cal offers a tremendous opportunity on a monthly basis to network with your peers, new contacts, or reconnect with established relationships as well as learn from top professionals in the industry who will educate you on the most pertinent topics of today and tomorrow.

We want to remind you all that we have been here for over 30 years providing the most up to date discussion and networking events -- and that even during these uncertain times our attendance is bigger than ever with countless developers, tenant's, brokers, architects, attorney's and most vendors that service our industry attending on a monthly basis.

We all appreciate your continued support of ACRE which is a direct correlation of not only mine, but the entire Board's commitment to the United States Adaptive Recreation Center (USARC) who all of our proceeds go to. USARC has earned a national and international reputation as a model program in adaptive outdoor recreation, and USARC personnel have served in training programs throughout the United States and the world. Not only do we believe in them but we are pleased to know that so do you.
