The Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives of Southern California (ACRE So Cal) is a non-profit association that provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and networking between commercial real estate professionals.
Established over 30 years ago, ACRE So Cal has become the go to source for up-to-date education, lead sharing and fellowship. Each year we host 10 panel discussions covering timely real estate topics, as well as the ACRE Shaker summer reception and a fundraising holiday party all of which benefit the United States Adaptive Recreation Center (USARC).
Our growing membership includes developers, tenants, brokers, lenders, consultants and other related professionals traveling from San Diego , Orange County , Los Angeles and the surrounding counties. If you are not a member today, we encourage you to be part of a great association. If you already are a member, we look forward to seeing you at the next event!
The United States Adaptive Recreation Center provides year round recreation opportunities for people with disabilities. The primary goal of USARC is to combine the skills and knowledge of these successful recreational endeavors with the ensuing sense of accomplishment and independence, enabling people with disabilities to develop healthy and rewarding lifestyles. Dear Fellow ACRE Southern California Members,
2011 has been a tremendous year for ACRE Southern California. Thank you to all of our loyal members for your continued support of this great organization and its mission of providing a forum for networking among retail real estate professionals to facilitate professional development and the exchange of information. Our year touched on many relevant topics ranging from an economic forecast to Quick Service Restaurants to learning about active retailers’ growth plans. We hosted two fun after-hours events: ACRE Shaker Summer Cocktail Party at SoCo in Costa Mesa and the ACRE Holiday Party at Kimera in Irvine, where we celebrated Art Garcia’s induction into the ACRE Hall of Fame, and raised money for our charity, USARC. Thank you to our Corporate Sponsors: Primestor and CAM Services (Gold), and ARC (Silver). Your generosity and support are critical to supporting ACRE’s mission. And a special thanks to ACRE’s amazing Board of Directors for dedicating their time and energy, and for making each event an educational and enjoyable experience. It has been my pleasure and honor to serve as President this year and work with such an outstanding group of people.
