Arthur P. Garcia (Art) In 1995 Art retired from Ralphs Grocery Company with 23 years of service as Vice President of Real Estate Development. Prior to Ralphs Grocery Company, Art was with Federated Department Stores which was the parent company of Ralphs Grocery Company where he worked hard to see that the company of 67 stores grew into the successful and competitive chain of 173 stores (now 255).

Art started his career with Security Pacific National Bank as a Real Estate Appraiser and Staff Real Estate Lender.

Prior to his business career Art was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.

More important than his professional achievements are the many contributions to the community. From his work with the USC Mexican American scholarship program, to his efforts to help provide lower cost quality housing for senior citizens, he’s always taken time to make a difference in the lives of those around him.
